  • White resin chairs in the Chapel for all wedding guests

  • 3'x8' Tables, 5' Round Tables & display furniture for staging food & drinks for reception*

  • Beautiful Indoor ADA restrooms no matter your wedding or event size

  • Stunning & comfortable luxury bridal party dressing area -- Hair & Makeup Artist approved*

  • Luxury Groom's Lounge & Dressing Room*

  • Caterer-approved prep and staging area in the Legacy Oaks Reception Building*

  • Price includes taxes, cleaning fees, parking and a Legacy Ranch staff member(s) available and present on property at all times

  • Legacy Ranch is an Event venue & guest houses location only

  • Legacy Ranch property can host up to 12 overnight guests with additional accommodations for up to 12 additional guests all within a .5 mile radius

  • Price does not include wedding coordinator, food, drinks, flowers, photography, music, draping, officiant/minister or additional lighting (with the exception of lighting already on property)

  • A stunning array of silk florals in white or multi-color as well as lanterns, antique furniture, easels and wedding decor signage are available for use

  • Officiant & Wedding Coordinator are available for an additional fee

  • Our choice of Professional licensed security will be required where alcohol will be served 

  • Only our choice of TABC certified & insured bartenders will be allowed to serve alcohol

  • No animals are allowed to be brought onto Legacy Ranch property by guests or to participate in your wedding without prior mutual agreement and confirmation of insurance 

  • All Weddings at Legacy Ranch will require a separate event insurance policy naming Legacy Ranch as an additional insured party by SWBC Insurance Services

  • All Vendors must carry & provide their insurance policy

  • All Weddings will require an event contract & non-refundable deposit to reserve your date

  • Up until contract, prices are subject to change
