TIDYING UP
Though we find it very considerate and admirable when our guests make their beds as well as we do just prior to their departure, we’d appreciate it more if they simply leave the beds be. Our cleaning professionals will be coming by shortly after you check out to remove all sheets & bed linens to wash & prepare for the next guest. Please leave all used bath linens hanging on the hooks or in a pile in the tub of the Sieben Salthaus, Dr. Okerholm Loghaus or on the bathroom floor or shower of the N.K. Harper Barnhouse. We will be laundering them very soon!
Cleaning a kitchen where guests cooked and ate is very time consuming for our cleaning professionals. To keep cleaning costs down and to prevent the need for an added cleaning charge, please thoroughly wash and put away dishes, flatware & cookware after your use. Loading and running the dishwasher just prior to your leaving with the remainder of your group’s dishes is both expected and greatly appreciated. Don’t worry if the dishwasher isn’t finished by the time you leave…we’ll take care of it!
Your kitchen & bathroom garbage receptacles have additional bags in the bottom to be re-loaded when your trash is full. Please dispose of all interior trash in garbage bin at the entrance. Lid must close and be held down with rock, otherwise Raccoons get in the trash and scatter it at the entrance. If your trash doesn’t all fit after being pushed down, please notify us of the overflow and we’ll take care of it.
HELP US SAVE ON ENERGY
Just before you leave and lock up, please raise the Thermostat(s) to 80 degrees in Summer, lower the Thermostat(s) to 60 degrees in Winter.

Please make sure all exterior doors are locked.
